Every order is packed by hand and shipped from Toronto via Canada Post, with tracking on every parcel. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping — CA$9.99, delivered in 3–7 business days
Complimentary shipping on all orders over CA$65

All pre-order pieces are made to order and ship within 3–4 weeks. If your order combines in-stock and pre-order items, we ship everything together once the pre-order is ready unless you request otherwise.

Shipping internationally? We're so glad you're here. For now, we ship within Canada only — but we're opening to more countries very soon. Wherever you are in the world, join our newsletter and you'll be the first to know the moment we ship to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Hijabs, underscarves and other intimate essentials can only be accepted if unopened and unworn, for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email hello@hayaastudio.ca with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
